 | Each unit is two weeks in length. Each week, the following occurs:
 | Day 1. Monday. Vocabulary Words and Objectives.
 | Write down the vocabulary words on the overhead, or from the
website.
 | Leave 3 blank lines for each word |
 | Write the definition on the first two lines |
 | Use the 3rd line to take notes on classroom demonstrations, activities
and discussions |
 | You will have a quiz on vocabulary on day 2. So you
should study these words before class |

 | Your objectives are printed on the unit coversheet. You pass
the class by learning 8-12 objectives in each unit. |

 | Day 2-4
 | Review questions. Keep these on your desk at all
times. Answer them as we go along. |
 | Classroom demonstrations. You should write down results of
demonstrations in your notes. |
 | Lab activities. Complete them with special attention paid to
mathematics and new vocabulary. |
 | Pay attention during CPS keypad quizzes. Most lecturing occurs
at this time. |
 | Read in class. Be sure to take notes on objectives and
vocabulary words. |
 | Everything written on the blackboard and overhead should be copied
down into your notes. |
 | Answer questions and otherwise make contributions for bonus
participation points. |

 | Day 10. The Friday at the end of a two week period.
 | You need to turn in a completed unit packet, in the correct order
and with all your unit work. |
 | There will be a quiz, which should be attached to the back of the
packet. |
 | Attach any bonus questions to the front of the unit packet. |
|
